3 User Content

• By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Succinct Software LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
